About Us

Special Programs is a division of Garrison Creek Construction Inc., focused on small scale construction projects and large volume programs.

GCC is a full service General Contractor, based out of Toronto, ON, since 2011.
Over the years, Garrison has worked with many world class brands in a wide variety of construction programs in nearly every corner of the country. From new builds, to renovations, and closures. 

The Special Programs Division was formed to answer the need for rapid deployment resources to service small project programs for businesses that operated from coast to coast.

The History

Garrison Creek began as a commercial ICI general contractor in 2011 and worked with many big brands around the country. We built stores, restaurants, offices, and banking locations.

As our relationships with customers grew, so did our service offerings. We were answering the call for help in supporting unique programs all over Canada. On any given day, we could find ourselves handling small projects across many sites and doing them simultaneously.

Traditional GC's aren't typically designed to do this style of program, but we weren't interested in saying no. We wanted to create a specialty service offering, designed to handle micro projects at a high volume.
This is how our Special Programs Division was born.
